The FURBUS project continues to make strides in promoting food resilience and sustainable eating within urban communities. The January 2024 newsletter highlights the successful completion of the project’s first activity: the creation of an interactive digital map. This map showcases over 60 international best practices in food waste reduction and sustainable eating, sourced from local, regional, and national initiatives. The project aims to empower households with practical knowledge and digital tools, fostering a more sustainable lifestyle.
Upcoming activities include the completion of a micro-learning course in March 2024, followed by local training events in April. The project will culminate in a final meeting in May, wrapping up an impactful journey toward a greener future.
